“We were billed for not attending our appointment and I spoke with someone telling them he will not be able to attend due to being readmitted and I was told to give them a call when he’s out to set up new care which he is not out and I have a bill. I can’t reach anyone on the phone either to speak about it. So a review may catch someone’s attention. So if you miss your appointment here and you tell them, you will still be charged. I should be able to at least reach someone somewhere on the phone.”

“The appointments are booked pretty far in advance, but they took my insurance and the whole process was very efficient. I had a kid evaluated for ASD and ADHD. We had a virtual consult to give medical history and answer questions, then the testing day (3.5 hours for my kid), and a virtual appointment to go over the final report, which was very thorough and included many recommendations for us and for school.”
