“Dr. Bonnet is a wonderful Doctor. The nursing and office staff are wonderful as well. They are very courteous and always have a smile on their face when I come in to my appointments. Dr. Bonnet has given me so much information that no other doctor has shared with me before about my physical ailments and procedures that can help me, different medicines that can be effective, and how they effect my body and how they effect when used in combination with each other. He has explained things that no other doctor has ever explained to me before... The knowledge he has is truly amazing! The steroid shots he has given me in my bursa are painless when he injects them and are very helpful. His knowledge and precision is only surpassed by his bedside manner, compassionate, and empathy for those under his care. Thank you Dr. Bonnet and your wonderful staff for all that you do. “Will not use again. I had a really bad experience with Dr Bonett on January 19th just prior to a planned procedure and a really bad experience with the anesthesiologist. Bonett was behind-not the problem as stuff does happen and sometimes things take a little longer than planned. The problem was he failed to recognize that I was in severe pain. I can't tolerate one position for any length of time and had been on the gurney for almost an hour when I got off of it in an attempt to alleviate my pain. When Bonett came by my room I was bent over at the rail of the gurney crying in pain. He thought I was mad at him and stated in a loud and stern tone that "I would have expected the same care from him." I told him that I hurt so bad I couldn't stand myself and the look he gave me suprised me. It was odd. He left. The anesthesiologist came in about 5-10 minutes later. Long of short, she asked yes or no questions that I answered "no, no,no" to. She only asked 3 questions and blew up stating I wasn't answering her questions. I replied "yes I am. They are yes or no questions and I answered no." She stated she was giving me something for pain and then went to next room. Upon returning she asked if it had helped and I said no- it hadn't. She stated she was taking me to the procedure room. In the hall i made the comment that I would not be coming back to Chattanooga. She lost it. She brought the gurney to an abrupt stop, started pulling it backwards back to the room while stating loudly, "Oh hell no! This ain't happening!" Back in room #5 she erupted into a tirade about how I was not going to disrespect the staff by stating I wasn't coming back to Chattanooga. Somewhat apeased by my smart reply 'yes ma'am ' off to the procedure we go again. By the time we got there I hurt so bad that all I could move was my right arm up to my shoulder. She kept stating that they needed me to roll over on the procedure table but I couldn't. Finally someone offered their hand so I could pull up enough to roll over. I couldn't control how I landed so I face planted into the procedure table. She stated they couldn't have me face planted in the table and lifted my head by my forehead and then shoved a rolled up pillow under my throat! She went as far as to make sure my chin was not on the pillow by pushing the pillow behind my chin and then dropped my head face first back into the procedure table effectively choking me! I couldn't breathe! It took everything I had to lift my head just enough for the pillow to release so I could lay my head to the side while she was stating "we're going to put you to sleep". She would have choked me on that pillow if I hadn't mustered the strength to raise my head just enough. No one offered to help me. Nope. I definitely won't be going back to Chattanooga.”

“Just began seeing Doctor Bonnett but I’m already impressed with his knowledge and how he treats people. His Medical Staff are top notch and the ladies that prep and assist with the procedures are very good at what they do and it shows that they enjoy their job very much. I came in nervous and walked out laughing because they were a hoot. I've been dealing with back pain for decades, working with these people is like a breath of fresh air.”
