“The first time I was scheduled to see Dr. Dong, we waited two hours to be told they were closing for the day and to make another appointment some other time. They would not do another thing. The second time, the appointment was kept and Dr. Dong seemed nice enough and interested. Last week there was a text from that office about an appoint I had not been told about, then a phone call for a reminder. I kept the appointment and was told there was no such appointment and to call their other offices about it. There was no interest in their even picking up the phone to learn why a patient was getting texts and phone calls about non-existent appointments. Another few hours wasted and they clearly were not interested. When I got home, I got two more texts saying I had missed the appointment.”
