Everyone was kind in the office I believe the atmosphere is calm relaxing and clean. We showed up early as we always do in case there's paperwork. I had no trouble finding the place. “Everyone seems very nice at the facility, however it takes a really long time for them to get your information sent over to insurance. It has been 6 business days and I’m still waiting, I then have to wait for insurance to deny or accept the claim before I can even receive any care. Patients mental health doesn’t to be a priority”
