“Good luck getting someone to answer the phone! (Edited) I’ve been calling for three days straight to see Dr.Pettigrew. It doesn’t matter which option I choose on the phone. NO ONE ANSWERS!!!! I’m not the only one with this complaint! Don’t LIE & say you have “ self service options” when all it is is AI sending you a text message only to say THERE ARE NO BOOKINGS! the patient portal doesn’t even work ! You’re better off going to the office and setting an appointment in person. Which is inconvenient for those who work !”
