“I highly recommend Hopefield Healthcare Services and Dr. Nwedo. I have been going there for TMS therapy. I was really nervous to go to a new place with a new doctor, but Dr. Nwedo is literally one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He was always so kind and genuinely wants to HELP people. The ladies at the front desk are always very nice too. Trinity was the one who sat with me most through my therapy. She is so sweet and caring, always asking about me and making me feel like more than just another patient. I have been suffering with depression since my teens and have so many side effects with medication. I started looking into TMS as an alternative to changing meds again. The first appointment I had with Dr. Nwedo, we discussed medical and medication history. He said that he thought TMS may be able to help me and he filled out a prior authorization for my insurance. It took a couple weeks for my insurance to approve the sessions. The second appointment, Dr. Nwedo does mapping followed by a regular session, which took about 45 minutes or so. Then, the following sessions take about 20 minutes. The TMS therapy itself was a bit weird to get used to the first couple times, but you get used to it pretty quickly. It doesn't hurt at all, it feels like a pulse in your brain and lasts for maybe a couple seconds and then takes about 15 seconds break and pulses again. You have to wear a cap and earplugs. You also need to remove any metal/piercings on your head. I ended up buying plastic ones to keep me from having to remove daily. The sessions were every day Monday through Friday until after the 30th session and then they space the appointments out farther. I had a total of 36 sessions with my insurance. The hardest part of the sessions for me was sitting still for 20 minutes, which wasn't terrible. One session that I did with increased intensity from 50 to 55 did affect my TMJ disorder, but once we went back to 50 I didn't have another issue. I started noticing a difference immediately after my first appointment. I usually avoid stores and crowds because of anxiety. The same day as my first appointment, I was able to go into a big store, something that I never do. Every day after that, I noticed changes in my mood. The farther I went in my therapy, the better I felt. After 10 sessions, it started to help with some unfavorable SSRI side effects that I have been dealing with for years, yes THOSE side effects, iykyk. After 15 sessions, I started wanting to go outside again, started cooking again, started to read books again, started being able to be there more for myself and my family. The changes have been amazing. TMS compared to the best SSRI I have taken, it's like comparing apples to oranges. TMS feels like it changed my brain rather than masking symptoms the way the meds feel. It helped with my depression immensely and my anxiety some too. I would absolutely recommend TMS for anyone with depression. It will give you your life and your personality back.”

“I don't know how this place has so many good reviews cuz I really don't see it won't be nobody in there but it'll take them 65 years to do anything literally trying to get help with actual problems just to get told I'm sorry get some prescriptions given to me or sit in there forever just to sit on a video call with somebody and just get prescription sent to me and told to go somewhere else I don't understand how these places can charge money for the crap that they actually do cuz it's literally nothing”

He truly lives up to his job title as an ADDICTION SPECIALIST!! I'm 34 yes old, and have been addicted since the age of 12 or 13. So, I have been through lots of doctors, diagnoses, and medications. He is personally the 1 and only doctor that has took his time out listened, and really made me feel like a real person with real problems and real feelings!!!
