“Was super excited to finally find someone willing to do telehealth appointments. Upon signing up I was informed that my copay would be $20 per visit. I received my email link 30 minutes prior to the appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for over 53 minutes past the appointment time I ended the call. No correspondence on anything in regards to such. I then recieved a $100 bill due to "no call no show". Extremely disappointed.”

“Total waste of time. These people have ENDLESS phone menus and prompts only to tell you someone 500 miles away will try to schedule you. They seem to go to great lengths to create obstacles to getting things going and seem to go out of their way to avoid speaking to clients. Their approach seems to be that of a Philippine call center, that is, to get you off the phone as soon as possible. The feel is that of a massive bureaucracy and impersonal, industrialized health care where you are just a number. Local office does not answer the phone. Yep this is a sure way to establish a intimate relationship with someone you're gonna work on tough, difficult issues! Go elsewhere, they apparently have too mnay clients!”

“The staff are wonderful, they definitely get 5 stars, the new office not so much! Being too hot or too cold makes it hard to focus on why you are there and to focus.. I keep asking about adjusting the temperature but the office is told there isn’t a way for them to control the temperature. This needs to be fixed. It’s not just me. Other patients in the waiting area and I talk about it all the time. I go to the office once per week for care, and it’s either freezing in there or you’re sweating profusely. I see Carly Hedrick for mental health and Rozalyn Oliver for psychiatry. They are both amazing providers.”

“My therapist, David Sapps, is amazing. My issue is getting a log-in for the Zoom sessions without being asked to pay $100 for a session that never happened due to flooding in the office on Parkside, and the Kingston PK address mapping back to Parkside location with three available mapping app options. This fee of $100 for ZERO therapy needs to be resolved. All I did was show up at the address given, at the time given. The door to the clinic was wide open with no staff there. Using the fact that I didn’t respond to a text and voicemail shortly before isn’t on me. If the original appointment location had a receptionist I would have had plenty of time to switch the location as I was early. I obviously didn’t create LifeStance’s flooding issues and lack of professionalism by leaving an open office completely unstaffed. Thank you, Charles Weaver”
