“The staff at the goodlettsville clinic is above par. Hands down the very best. But unfortunately after seeing Dr Chang for years the clinic as a whole has devolved into policy above people walk-in clinic. The appointments, the times, the schedules to keep and all that start to become far more important than the well-being of the client and that has now become the standard. It didn't used to be until he got more clinics.. art rocks”

“Dr Tang is one of the best psychiatrist that I have ever had to deal with he is very kind and very understand He makes me feel safe and has got me on my correct medicine because I was a mess before I met him. His staff is wonderful and God believes this man if you have a chance to go, we’re looking for another Psychiatrist he is your man. also, the staff is incredible. They are very understanding and work with you the best they can Deb the front counter lady is a sweet and caring and compassion as you could ever imagine also and Ashley that takes the vitals is one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met in my life she had really helped me when I was in a really low time and she didn’t have to do that. She was incredible, Dr Tang has the best staff that I’ve ever seen in the Psychiatrist office. Thank you guys so much I love y’all. Last but not least Lauren works the front desk as well. She Very professional always greets me with a smile And always ask about my daughter and it’s very genuine. She really is a great asset to Nashville Brain Institute, I am so fortunate to have such great people behind me and helping me. LOVE YOU GUYS”

“This Nashville Brain Institute location is awesome. Friendly, supportive, thoughtful, caring, nice, awesome, attentive, and helpful people. Ms. Hannah and the nurse are good at doing the particular treatment I get. The room I get treatment in is comfortable and calming. Having a lamp and a sound machine on in the dark room is relaxing. The chair in the room can recline and is super comfy. The treatment room is decorated nicely and has a nice looking, inspiring, motivational, and encouraging sign that makes you feel good. I wonder where they bought that sign. The fan in the room makes a comforting humming noise. They provide delicious livesaver mints at the front desk. The waiting room is comfy and clean. They have a beautiful pet fish named Larry that will make your day in the waiting room too. My treatment experience is life changing. It has made me feel a lot better. My stepmom found out about the Nashville Brain Institute online. Thank you so much Nashville Brain Institute for always taking care of me and being a part of my journey in life.
