What patients say on Google
“I had an excellent experience at NeuroSpa in Lakeland. From start to finish, the care and professionalism were outstanding. Kendra, Mariah, and Montana were all amazing. They were kind, attentive, and made every visit comfortable. A special thank you to Bree, the manager, who went above and beyond. She handled issues with my insurance during treatment with patience, and genuine kindness. That alone made a stressful situation much easier. Julay, the supervising nurse, was also wonderful. She was warm, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the process. Dr. Obregon was equally amazing and truly made me feel confident and well cared for. Overall, this team is exceptional. Highly recommend NeuroSpa Lakeland to anyone looking for compassionate, high quality care.”
“Every person on this team is absolutely amazing!! I have never interacted with such caring people in the medical world. They all truly care about your situation and helping you the best they can! I have never been so comfortable to speak up, ask questions, etc & they are always so helpful & knowledgeable. This makes a world of difference in the medical world, especially in the realm of mental health, & I am so happy I found this office! I am still completing treatment, so although i can’t review that aspect yet, I can confidently say I know I am in good hands through the process!!”
“If you’re seeking treatment, you’re likely at a point in your life where the quality of care you receive matters just as much as the outcome itself. And if you’ve been in any form of mental health treatment before, you know how unbelievably common it is to feel unheard, disrespected, or like you simply don’t matter. NeuroSpa consistently challenges that standard. Not just with their providers, but across the entire experience, especially the gals at the front desk. Julae, in particular, is one of those rare providers who truly listens while also educating you. You feel heard and understood, but she also brings so much warmth and humor that make the experience feel human rather than clinical or transactional. She has a way of explaining things that leaves you feeling grounded and clear on what you just experienced, which I cannot explain how important that is with this type of treatment. I spend about four hours a week here, much of it in treatment on my own, and it has become an invaluable part of my routine and my ability to move forward. I cannot recommend this place enough!”
“I have had a wonderful experience with NeuroSpa.The staff (Julae , Bree, Montana, Kendra and Marian) are so friendly and caring they take time to listen and address concerns thoughtfully. Mental health care is very personal, and it’s important to find a place where you feel comfortable and heard. This office provides a professional and supportive safe space. They are great!”
