“After trying many meds over the past 30 years and ketamine about a year ago, I decided on TMS after working with my therapist. The last weeks with Neurostim Bellevue have been wonderful. I am not ready to get off of one med or reducing dosage with my dr but after just finishing my treatment last week.. I feel like it's an option sooner or later which is huge. From the initial call to the office and all of the appts I went to, Kennedy, Diana, Baily and Scarlett were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring, personable. I actually looked forward to going to see them every day. Dr Morris knows it all and made me feel calm and comfortable. After many weeks of treatment, I finished feeling lighter. I don't wake with a feeling of doom and gloom. I don't obsessively worry about the future which I cannot control but previously couldn't stop worrying about. I want to get out and do things rather than hiding inside my home and instead of my initial though of no when someone asks me to do something with them, I'm more open and happy. I know things could change. I may have bad days but a week after my last day of treatment, I'm super happy and I highly recommend Neurostim Bellevue. Again, the hope of feeling better and ladies in the office made me want to go back every day. Just lovely!”

“Wonderful experience from start to finish. The front desk and billing team were very helpful when it came to having to appeal my insurance denial. They were upfront about the costs and assured me I would be covered at least for the consultation which was very helpful. The consultation was thorough, they listened to my questions and concerns (I had tms before elsewhere with results that were very positive but short lasting) When I was able to go they were extremely kind and thorough during the fitting and initial treatment. Everyone in the office is very sweet and welcoming, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable with coffeemaker as well. Although I never have to wait long. Getting in contact with them is also easy and they are very responsive. Highly recommend, and I hope my insurance will approve future treatments (it’s a process, hang in there)”

“I have been fighting depression for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve been on countless medications. Some worked for a while, but eventually it always felt like it was back to the drawing board. My doctor introduced me to TMS and thought it might be a game-changer for me. I had never heard of TMS before, and at first I was hesitant. Dr. Morris suggested I think about it like physical therapy for the brain, which really resonated with me. It was also reassuring to learn that TMS is FDA-approved and covered by insurance. In addition to the treatment itself, I was concerned about the level of commitment and scheduling since the regimen consisted of 36 treatments. That said, I’ve been committed to my mental health for a long time — I exercise daily, meditate, eat well, and prioritize sleep — so after thinking long and hard about TMS, I decided to move forward. Special thanks to Bailey, Diana, Scarlett, and Kennedy — each treated me with the same professionalism, kindness, and care at every session. I’ll actually miss my sessions already! During the first couple of weeks, I asked a ton of questions, and no matter who I spoke with, I always received thoughtful answers that gave me confidence they truly knew what they were doing. My treatments were closely monitored and adjusted based on my progress. Communication between the technicians was also impeccable — even down to remembering the type of relaxing videos I preferred during sessions. One of my biggest concerns was fitting 36 treatments into my schedule, but the team was extremely accommodating and flexible, even helping me move a couple of appointments around on just a few hours’ notice when needed. I just completed my 36th session and still have one final follow-up visit with Dr. Morris, but I can honestly say the overall experience has been amazing. I’ve even been able to reduce my medications down to one prescription, and I’ve been told that progress can continue well after treatments have ended. I’m incredibly grateful that I decided to go on this journey. I truly consider it a gift to myself. Honestly, I’m amazed that more people are not aware of this treatment option. There are countless advertisements for medications, yet I had never once heard about TMS. I hope this review helps other people who may be struggling discover a new possibility.”
