“I am extremely satisfied with my therapist Jordan. I was at my wits end when I first started seeing him. He has been tremendously supportive! I recommend his services highly. His services keep me going to this company! I am truly indebted to him for his support and assistance at a very devastating time in my life! I do, however, absolutely hate the automated phone system. When you call, a human being never answers the phone. You have to leave a message & are told someone will call you back. The automated voice says the call will come 24, or 48 or 72 hours later( the time depends on what department you called) As a person with serious depression, the last thing I want to hear is an answering machine. I almost hung up the first time I called. Thank God I didn’t! I don’t think people in crisis respond well to answering machines. A life can depend on a caring responsive voice to give hope. Never heard an automated voice give hope.”

“After completing the intake forms and navigating the patient portal, I ultimately decided to seek services elsewhere. Communication was difficult. There is no direct phone access, and messages must be left for a callback. In my case, the return call occurred from a remote setting with significant background noise, which did not create a professional first impression. The intake portal itself was challenging to use. The interface felt outdated, pages loaded slowly, and I encountered technical issues that required workarounds to complete the forms. The process was time-consuming and frustrating. For a healthcare provider, I expected a more streamlined and user-friendly system. Usually, an employee, not the patient, inputs this information. A patient shouldn't have to. I was also surprised by the quoted consultation cost (nearly $500 before insurance adjustment), which is significantly higher than what I have encountered with other mental health providers. Additionally, the requirement to enter credit card information prior to insurance processing and before securing an appointment made me uncomfortable. Overall, the communication process, portal experience, and pricing structure did not meet my expectations for professionalism and value. For these reasons, I chose to pursue care with another provider.”

“Can't say enough bad things about this place. I inadvertently made an error online when making my first appointment, but instead of calling me to alert me, they allowed me to come for the scheduled appointment and there was no provider available to see me, nor would they make me another appointment. Since I had already established a relationship with the Synaptic "team", I let my other provider go. Now, I have no way to refill my much needed psychiatric meds....and they didn't even say, "we're sorry" or "we'll try to help." I'm disgusted. Is this even legal?”

“This is a excellent team of doctors and office staff! I have had nothing but positive and helpful experiences with my doctors that i have seen! I am currently seeing Hillary Osborne who listens and helps me navigate through things to get a better understanding of what I am going through! She cares so much!!! I would highly recommend them 💯 percent!!!”
