Not once did I feel rushed and I felt like she genuinely cared. I feel like my diagnosis and treatments were spot on and moving forward I know I'll have the best care possible. Couldn't of asked for a better experience! Finding a good fit is so important with mental health, and I know I found that in Dr. Wagner. Highly recommend her and also this business. They are top notch and so caring.”

“I love Dr. Becker. He truly cares and listens. He also is very diligent with helping me find a medication cocktail that works for me. However, I can never speak to a person. Every single time I call I am immediately sent to voicemail. I will leave a message, and I will never receive a call back. I also never receive responses to my messages. The other day I tried to fill my ADHD medication, but my pharmacy could not fill it because they had changes wholesalers and could not order it yet, and had neglected to notify me. So I reached out to the office to get a new prescription sent for a different pharmacy. I left a detailed voicemail explaining the situation. I got an email later telling me that there would be a $50 rush fee for the prescription. I said that it was okay, because I need this medication to function.I included in the email which Rx, the dose, the name of the pharmacy, and it's address. I went to the new pharmacy to see if it had been filled, only to be told that they had no prescription for my name. I ran out of my medication, and later found out he sent it to the initial pharmacy that had been unable to fill my prescription in the first place. I am very frustrated, and this is not the only issue I have had because I can't talk to a person. I have tried to cancel or move appointments, only to be charged a missed appointment fee despite leaving a voicemail 4 days prior. I have called and left messages for the on call physician and told that I will be billed over $100 for leaving a message, and never received a response.”
