“If I could give them a “0” I would. They miss their deadline on insurers and pass their incompetency onto their patients. Since Dr Tang can not or will not take the time and or the money to hire someone to handle insurer's, he doesn’t accept most insurers. He way over bills the insurers most of the time so honestly I found I paid more with insurance ($125.00 6-7 years ago) than just self paying ($100.00).He over bills insurer’s so much that you, the pt, pay more with ins. In many cases. 2024, self pay is $150.00! Emily in hermitage office is very good, but how long will she stay. This is another issue Dr Tang’s brain institute has, their own people don’t stay. Go elsewhere, care is better and cost is less.”
