“My husband has been a patient here for almost two years and has been treated rudely and disrespectfully since day one of seeing Regan Christenson. The one that was there before her (Carolyn, I think) was very helpful and actually listened to her patients. Regan has never listened and has always had an attitude every time he saw her. My husband has been having health issues for the past few weeks, with one of them being Orthostatic Hypotension. His PC told him to stop taking his trazadone for a few days to see if things would improve. When he was told this, I immediately looked up the side effects and the third one listed, in black and white, in bold print is Orthostatic Hypotension. He had an appointment with Regan today, and she asked how she could “help” him. He was there to try and get something to help him sleep (that is why he was prescribed trazadone). He had been on Ambien before, but it didn’t seem to be helping him anymore. He said Regan told him she wasn’t going to prescribe him anything like that. He asked her why and he said she told him she didn’t think the trazadone was the issue. HELLO? It’s in black and white, third side effect listed, but SHE doesn’t think that’s the issue?? My husband said she acted like she was mad or upset about something when he came in, and was very rude. He has “dealt” with her behavior all this time trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, but today she went too far! As far as I’m concerned, I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to come to this practice because they don’t care Anything about their patients. The only reason I marked one star is because I had to for the post.”
